1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Craig Peterson / Mainstream Technology Group ("we," "us," or "our"), including the Insider Access and Executive Briefing membership programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
Our services include:
- Insider Access: Security audit frameworks, monthly threat briefings, incident response decision trees, and related educational content for business owners.
- Executive Briefing: All Insider Access benefits plus quarterly executive reports, board-ready summaries, compliance briefings, and priority support for C-suite executives and decision-makers.
3. Subscription and Payment
3.1 Subscription Plans: We offer monthly and annual subscription plans. Pricing is displayed on our website and may be subject to promotional discounts (including founder pricing).
3.2 Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan). You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees.
3.3 Price Lock: Founder pricing is locked for the duration of your continuous subscription. If you cancel and resubscribe, standard pricing will apply.
3.4 Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days, contact us for a full refund. After 30 days, subscriptions are non-refundable but may be cancelled at any time.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the services until the end of your paid period. No partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of a billing period (except during the 30-day guarantee period).
5. Use of Services
5.1 Permitted Use: Our services are provided for your personal or internal business use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or share your membership access with others.
5.2 Prohibited Use: You agree not to:
- Share your account credentials with others
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content for commercial purposes
- Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt our services
6. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and resources provided through our services are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your personal or internal business purposes only.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. The information provided is for educational purposes and does not constitute professional security consulting, legal advice, or compliance certification.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Craig Peterson, Mainstream Technology Group, and our affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your use of our services or violation of these terms.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of New Hampshire.
12. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
